Refund and Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is always our topmost priority. In case you receive a product you are not 100% satisfied with, you can return the product and get an exchange, replacement or refund. For exchange and replacement, delivery charges apply and is only applicable for inside Dhaka. However, if the replacement is needed because of an error from our end, we will be paying the delivery charge to take the parcel back and to send you the replacement.
Refund is only available in cases where there are reasons behind that are strong enough. To request return/exchange of an item, please inform us within 72 hours from the date you received it. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
The receipt is a must for an exchange/refund. Any product that you want to return/exchange must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Fluxline will accept the return or exchange of items which are in new conditions, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. If not, we reserve the full right to refuse the exchange/refund. You cannot exchange an order more than one time. If you want you have to pay a delivery charge from your end.
Conditions for Exchange & Return
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and without any flaws. Products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
- The product must be intact with tags.
- An exchange or return request must be done within 7 to 10 working days of the purchase.
- All items must be returned in original condition (including all receipt/invoice and packaging) with barcode tags attached.
- If you lose the money receipt/tags/barcode or invoice for exchanges. In that case, you will need to provide the purchase contact number. So we can check your purchase history.
- The exchange offer will no longer be valid anymore for any irreparable damage to tags or barcode.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it from the delivery man and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
To start a return, you can contact us via Whatsapp or call us at 01972-003420. Please note that returns will be received from our side. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and we will collect the products from you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund except delivery charge.
Please return the product to us after consulting with Customer Support and we will arrange a refund within 7 to 10 working days after receiving the returned product(s) upon the fulfillment of our Return and Refund Policy. If there is any problem from our side we will offer free returns, exchanges, or refunds otherwise, the customer has to bear the expense of the return shipping.
Depending on the shipping method and carrier selection, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with the reference number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue store credit for your returns.
